My personal career started in the early 1990’s allowing me to become the leader that I am today. People describe me as a visionary, strategic, creative, effective and balanced leader that knows how to get results.

During my career I much enjoyed building a track record of attracting, motivating, mentoring, coaching and developing
high-performing (executive) teams and leaders. My career allowed me and my family to gain broad global experiences and perspectives across a number of cultures, which we acquired through living and working abroad. My career spans over 30 years across well-known brands, including Rituals, Nike, Reebok, Beachlife and Esprit. Gaining experience that vary from deep Business and Human Resources experience in Product, Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics functions across Wholesale, Digital and Retail.
During my most recent executive leadership roles the primary focus was on leading significant transformational and cultural shifts. Leading several global & regional reorganizations & transformations, coaching and mentoring (executive) leaders and teams through the design, development, implementation, transition and change management.

Qualifications
I hold a master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources. During my career I was certified to facilitate company in-house leadership development programs, and as such I have been able to support the most senior executive leaders during their assessment and leadership development program experience, alongside the external coaches involved.
